CHAD is a nonprofit, 501(c)3 organization. Your donation is tax deductible.

CHAD does not receive any public funding for rental property maintenance, operations, nor for rental subsidies through our Rental Support Program. Your monetary gift will contribute to:

• Funding the Rental Support Program , which costs an average of $325 per month per household. The family pays an average $650 per month, and your gift would help cover the remaining portion so that a working family can live within their means. $500 would help support the rent for one family for 2 months; $4,000 would help a family for the entire year.    
• The Bob Wahlgren Homelessness Prevention Fund which provides one-time rental assistance to CHAD residents in crisis.
• Costs to rehab and maintain rental properties to the highest standards.
