Pay rent

NEW RENT PAYMENT PORTAL Up and Running in May 2016

PLEASE NOTE:  You will  receive an email payment confirmation when using this new portal.  Please check your spam folder if you don't see one.

FIRST TIME PORTAL USERS - Prior to making payments through the new CHAD Resident Payment Portal you must register for the system. This process is for the first use only. If you registered to make a payment in May, you do not need to register again.  There are multiple steps to register for the resident payment portal. Please review the following steps prior to registering online.

The first step is to click on the "Pay Rent" button. You will be taken to the Resident Portal sign in page.  If you registered in May, skip the registration steps and go directly to the 'Pay Rent' button.

Second: Click the words "Register Now" which will ask you for your email address and your unit address. You may also watch the "registration video" on this same page.

Third: an email will be sent to you with a temporary password. Please note this password for use on the Resident Portal page.

Fourth: After returning to the Resident Portal page, please key in the temporary password.

Fifth: a message will be sent to CHAD requesting authorization to allow online access for your unit. CHAD will allow authorization. Please note that this step may take up to one business day.

Sixth: once your email address is authorized, you will be able to sign onto the rent payment system and pay your rent. CHAD understands that this process may delay your rent payment process by one business day the first time you use this system.

Click the Pay rent button below to create an account and to access the portal.
