CHAD hires Pamela Broniatowski as Property Manager

Wheaton, IL - Community Housing Advocacy & Development (CHAD) announces the hiring of Pamela Broniatowski as a Property Manager. Ms. Broniatowski will share management oversight and responsibility over CHAD’s inventory of 405 affordable housing units, along with serving as a liaison between CHAD management and its more than 1,100 residents.
Ms. Broniatowksi recently served as an Assistant Housing Director with Collegiate Housing Services in Glendale Heights. Prior to that, she served as a Sales/Leasing manager for over 7 years with the Village Green Companies in Warrenville where she was responsible for spearheading community-leasing goals for a property consisting of 343 units.
“Pamela will be a great complement to our professional staff of property managers” noted Brian Worth, Executive Director of CHAD. “Her extensive background in professional property management combined with her customer service skills render her as an excellent fit for our organization. We are excited about her joining our team”.
