“Darien remains an attractive, yet underserved, community for affordable housing options. We are excited that we have been able to acquire a property in excellent condition and in that particular market to help meet demand.” stated Brian Worth, Executive Director. “It is our desire to continue to seek out property purchases throughout the western suburbs so that we can continue to meet demand for affordable housing in one of the highest per capita income areas in the state.”
