Maintenance and Emergencies

If you have maintenance emergency please do the following:

During normal business hours contact CHAD offices at 630-456-4452.
Monday thru Wednesday 8:30 am - 5 pm, Thursday 8:30 am - 7 pm and Friday 8 am – 4:30 pm

After normal business hours please call CHAD offices at 630-456-4452 and listen for the emergency maintenance contact phone number.

Maintenance Request Form

If you are an existing resident and have a maintenance request regarding your unit, please call CHAD offices at 630-456-4452 and explain your maintenance issue. We will try to help you resolve the issue over the phone. If that is not possible, we will submit a maintenance request form to our maintenance staff.
