The average household income of CHAD residents is $23,000 per year. Nearly all of our residents are below 40% of Area Median Income.  They work in jobs such as nursing assistants, entry level office positions, retail stockers, food service/restaurant workers, manufacturing workers, call center staff, and nursing home employees.
