How do I Rent a CHAD Home?

Please review available properties here.  Please call our office at 630.456.4452, extension 225 to schedule an appointment to speak directly with one of our property managers.  CHAD’s office is located at 531 E. Roosevelt Road, Suite 200 in Wheaton.

To apply for housing, all adults who will live in the rental must be present and must bring:

*  $25 application fee per adult (Cash in exact change or money order)
*  Completed CHAD Rental Application
*  Social Security Card (for every adult)
*  Individual Taxpayer Identification Number, ITIN (can only rent units in non-grant restricted properties)
*  Proof of income (last two pay stubs for all working adults).  If not employed, a guaranteed monthly source of income, which may include; state ordered child support, SSI/SSDI, pension payments, annuity payments, VA benefits, or family support.
*  Identification (Drivers License or valid photo ID)
*  Birth Certificates for all minors (on Grant Restricted Properties only)
*  Two recent Bank Statements (on Grant Restricted Properties only)

All applicants will be screened through a credit check, criminal background check, income verification and rental reference check before application is approved.
